Corpus Christi, Washington, Cambridge Engage in Complicated Three-Way

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX — The playoff race in the MVP American League is starting to heat up.  In a major three-way trade announced on Thursday, the Corpus Christi 46ers will receive catcher Victor Martinez and starting ace Roy Halladay.  The Portland Pioneers will receive pitching prospect Adam Miller, while the Washington Lobbyists will receive pitchers Huston Street and Zack Greinke.  No players have contracts for 2009.
